im tired of wasting my life on foolish dreams, dreams of a better life, of having someone to love, of everything. My job recently got a bit complicated. The owner of our store, without my concent, without my opinion decided to transfer me to another store, 7 miles further away from my home. 7 miles may not be that far to him or many of u, but with gas prices, family schedule and inconveniences, it cannot allow it. I do not drive, i have a car, but my mother drives it for her jobs, her jobs are more important, they pay for our home, so she drives me to work. Her job and schedule it set in stone, she has to abide by other peoples schedules and thus i have to. it takes about 20-30 minutes to get from my house to the new store, that has made her late to her clients every day since i was forced to go there. What i do not get, is that there is another worker at my old store who has free transportation, his own car and he used to work at the other store, why couldnt they send him, after all he could use the discipline, as he slacks during the shgift by constantly texting on his phone while everyone else works their asses off. I will be quitting without notice to show them how much of an inconvenience this has been for me, and how bad they treat people that work for them. This is to becky if u ever come to see this, u r an effin bitch!!, all i asked was that us stand up for me, do one little thing, demand that i come back, stop being a little pissant and stand up against Junior, i've fucking save u so many time by coming in on my days off ands sometimes not resting for weeks at time and all u could say was its what Junior wants, what he says is law in his stores, well when i sighed up, did my app, i did not sign shit that said i was willing to transfer, in fact i said NO to the question. What Junior is doing by forcing me to either transfer or be fired is against the law. What ever u people do do not ever work at a McDonlads in Rochester MI or the areas around, he owns 13 stores in Oakland county, and he is an asshole, forces once good heart people to become mean and degrading, and his scheluling manager Becky Reibling doesnt care what days u need off, cuz if they need u, then their opinion is that work is first. Well im through with the Saptuo family, idc if they suffer after im gone, they forced my hand, they wont even consider letting me go back, even once they find someone and he wont give me compensation for my troubles. I have decided to quit on the wed the 21st of may 2008, fuck'em all.
